Chilvers Fine Art Gallery

Gallery Chilvers - a fancy place with Sam's paintings in the gallery and around. 

Born in London, Ontario Canada to a family of artists, Samantha has been making art since she could hold a pencil. When she wasn’t creating visual work, Sam was focused on her other childhood passion, snowboarding.

At nineteen years old, Sam attended a fine arts program at Fanshawe College where she learned the foundation skills for a career as a fine artist. After graduating college, Sam spent 2 years as a resident artist at The Arts Project gallery in her hometown of London, where she was fortunate to complete several commissions, hold exhibitions and earn grants.

In 2012, having never traveled, seen the ocean or been on a plane, Sam moved her life and studio to the Dominican Republic.
