Museum for the National Identity of Honduras

The purpose of the MIN is to expose our visitors to the great cultural diversity of our country.

The Museum for National Identity (MIN) is a permanent institution, open to the public, non-profit, at the service of society and its development.

MIN acquires, conserves, investigates, communicates and exhibits, for study, education and enjoyment purposes, the material and immaterial evidence of the inhabitants who inhabited and inhabit Honduran territory, in order to strengthen historical memory and the feeling of national identity.

The MIN promotes cultural identity, the strengthening of historical memory and the promotion of creativity through all artistic and cultural expressions, as well as the dissemination of universal culture.
