State Museum of San Marino
The State Museum of the Republic of San Marino was formed in the second half of the nineteenth century and was opened to the public in 1899.
Since 2001 it has been housed in the historic Palazzo Pergami - Belluzzi, in the center of San Marino. The museum includes archaeological, artistic and numismatic collections and is divided into four floors: Territory Archeology (ground floor), Art for the Republic (first floor), Art of Donation (second floor), Archeology of Donation and Numismatics - Sammarinesi Medal ( first floor below). Temporary exhibitions and conferences are hosted on the second floor below.
