Swiss Museum of Game and Hunting
Today there is no more hunting to have meat on the plate and to be able to make tools from tendons and bones. The cultural-historical importance of hunting has developed over thousands of years, and with it the hunting methods and techniques.
Schloss Landshut has been home to the Swiss Museum of Game and Hunting since 1968. The only hunting museum in Switzerland does not primarily want to arouse "hunting fever" with the thematic exhibition, but rather provide information about hunting people and animals, as well as about the culture and art of hunting.
