The Calahorra Tower - Al-Andalus Life Museum
The Calahorra Tower is a significant building, having traveled so many centuries of history and diverse cultures, so it can represent with special intensity the encounters and endeavors among human beings that we must seek.
It is one of the most important spaces in Córdoba that give the city its character as a paradigm of coexistence. Not only does the building symbolize interculturality, but also its content is personified by housing the Living Museum of al-Andalus inside. Its eight rooms have a twofold objective: to travel through culture in al-Andalus at the same time that positive aspects of the collaboration between Christians, Jews and Muslims are revealed, three religions enthroned by the same patriarch (which they respectively call Abraham, Abraham and Ibrahim).
